Common questions.
What counts as a credit?
Every successful API request consumes credits per the table above. Bulk endpoints scale by input size. 4xx errors, sandbox keys, and /v1/health are always free.
Do unused subscription credits roll over?
Subscription credits reset each billing period. Top-up pack credits never expire — they sit alongside your subscription allowance and get consumed only after the subscription allowance runs out.
Can I downgrade or cancel?
Yes, anytime, from your dashboard. Downgrade applies on the next billing date. Cancellation is immediate; your key keeps working through the end of the paid period.
How fresh is the data?
The full dataset rebuilds nightly. Changes from county sources show up within 24h. Pro and Enterprise tiers get webhook notifications when records change for your tracked areas.
Do you offer refunds?
Subscription: prorated refund within 14 days of first payment. Credit packs are non-refundable but never expire.
Is there a free trial of paid features?
The free plan covers every endpoint and every column — it just caps you at 100 credits and 60 req/min. Try every feature before paying.
